Appointment of Chief Innovation and Growth Officer

Following recent updates on strategy and business development, GrainCorp Limited (ASX:GNC) is
pleased to announce the appointment of Jesse Scott as the Company’s Chief Innovation and Growth
Officer.


In this newly created role, Jesse will lead GrainCorp’s strategy team in developing key core business
initiatives and executing on targeted growth and innovation projects.
Jesse joins GrainCorp after more than 13 years with McKinsey & Company. During his time at
McKinsey, Jesse focused on strategy and transformation in several primary industries including
energy, mining and oil and gas.


More recently, as a partner at McKinsey, Jesse launched and led the firm’s agricultural practice in
Australia and New Zealand.
Earlier in the year, Jesse and the McKinsey agriculture team worked with GrainCorp to support the
creation of the Company’s new strategy: to strengthen and optimise our core business operations and
identify and target key growth opportunities, both within and beyond our existing core.
