Commentary:

  • NSW growers are still making some winter crop deliveries in the north and south of the state, including in the Werris Creek, Boree Creek, Cunningar and Junee regions. The quality across all commodities has been excellent.
  • Victorian harvest activity now largely focused around the Wimmera, Central Victoria, the Southern Mallee and North East regions. The activity is expected to continue into January 2024 due to variable weather conditions.
  • A large outload program continues across the GrainCorp network to create capacity for more receivals, with over 200,000 tonnes of grain outloaded last week.
  • Growers are encouraged to maintain regular communication with their local Site Managers for the latest information regarding opening hours, deliveries and segregations.
  • The GrainCorp team would like to thank growers for their support throughout the season so far and wish growers, their families and communities a safe and happy Christmas and New Year.

GrainCorp’s next Harvest Update will be on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
